Dishonored cheque

if mr.A gives cheque to mr.B and then cheque becomes stale checque can mr.B ask for different cheque and does he have right to sue if he don't give him new cheque ??

but issued cheque is consider to be consideration made and if someone doesn't present cheque within time ,then to he can ask for other cheque...
