I am appointed as LDC in District Court in District 2003 but on the order of Delhi High Court I was sent to Delhi High Court on Diverting capacity on September 2012 for further order. I am getting salary from District Court. No sarvice or monetary benefits are given by Delhi High Court to me. What is the rules of Diverting capacity. How long an employee can be work on Diverting capacity. Whether he can get any service or monetary benefits while working on diverting capacity.

There can be one of the two reasons for your transfer out of jurisdiction of district courts:
1)As a matter of punishment due to some undesirable attitude on your part;
OR
2) To cater to the staffing needs on temporary basis due to extra workload in the High Court, but you have been kept in the strength of the district court only.
In the first case, your transfer would remain effective till the District Court desires or the High Court feels the period enough to feel change in your attitudes.
In the second case your transfer can be effective till the need of temporary workload is over.
In both the cases, since you have been kept on the strength of your original office, there would be no change in your emoluments, as only your local headquarter has been changed.
