Q)my wife had filed domestic voilence case against me. i m a government employee. i want to know can i lose my job due to this false domestic voilence case?

how many queries you raise ? why dont you contact a local lawyer . .if it is a false case fight case on merits . generally courts refer case for mediation to enable parties to arrive at an settlement . . conviction rate is very low . in arecent article in hindustan times it is mentioned that in delhi out of many cases filed till date tere is not a single conviction although act provided DV cases should be disposed of expeditiously

I advised u to ask every thing in one Query.
Otherwise it causes misguidance.
u asked mtn interim order, w/o disclosing it is DV & not 125 mtn
One goes for revision, appeal able, and second do not .

we have advised you to the best of our abilty . if you rasie multiple queries you are the loser . without knowing full facts of the case you wont get correct advise . hence i asked you to contact a local lawyer . have long confernce with him . explain complete details of your case and act as per your lawyers advice

actually this form gives opinion on unbiase dmanner so you need to put query again and again. There are some other sites which educate husband on protecting Domestic Violence. You search one.

There cannot be any better free advise on the net. It appears that you are not getting free legal aid (which is available to those who are prima facie innocent). It also appears that you are unable to afford an advocate and still go to the extent of calling you minor son as greedy, questioning the judge’s wisdom in calling for the evidence, questioning the correctness of paltry sum of rs 5800 given as maintenance, want the advise if she can appeal against an order favourable to you.
All this indicates what?
Somewhere you may be wrong for having caused this situation. Average Indian women do no like to go to thana against husband unless compelled.
If you cannot afford litigation or maintenance than peace is the best option which is never costly and available simply by shedding male ego.
Better try amicable settlement if you can.
