Dear Concern,
I have married one Orphan girl in one of the NGOs,recently i am blessed with girl.,after birth of girl my wife went to their NGOs to stay as per Indian tradition.,in their she is having her pet mother and other supporting staff.,one day suddenly my wife relatives are came to NGO and taken her along with my daughter(One month girl) to their native place without my knowledge.,on that day i heard new news my wife is having own parents and everyone.,untill marriage no one informed me about my wife parents,concern NGOs also not informed me,they all are said she is Orphan girl. I shocked about this news.,my intention is to marry orphan girl only.,now all are cheated me.And wife relatives are demanding some amount from me.,otherwise they are blacking like they put 498A case against me like that.,and they are saying they ready to kill my daughter also.,my wife is supporting to them,her intention is to get some amount from me?i am mentally disturbed about this case.,Plz help me., My question is is their any chances to put case against my wife and her relatives as well as concern NGO? Plz help me regarding this case. Regards,

refuse to make payment let them file 498A case . fight on merits

since you have received threat to kill your daughter there is need to move to police.
you must be having some evidence to prove that you wanted to marry orphan. Law is one sided but not so blind. None can believe that a dowry seeker will go to NGO to marry orphan girl.

You shall have to do multilevel actions at the same time. First to inform the police about the threatening of your wife to kill your newly born daughter in case she do not receive illegal money. Second provide some money to your wife for the maintenance of your wife as well as to your daughter but by way of cheque and this should not be more than Rs. 2-3,000/- and do this every month. Third-File a criminal case of fraud against NGO and your wife. Fourth file a petition under section 12 (1) of HMA seeking nullifying your marriage on the ground that your intension was to marry with an orphen and it was claimed that your wife is of the same category but now you come to know about the fact.
Even if some cases are filed against you, don't worry, you shall successfully win in all those cases.
