Hi,
we have got my daughter's birth registred with MCD and got her birth certificate. We did register a name for her too but now we wish to change her name. We would use her changed name for all future uses as passport application, bank accoutn opening and for giving ehr name as nominee in any of my policies etc.
We live in Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj. Please guide me for the procedure, court where it would be done, docuemnts requried and tentative time it can take as well as if you can link me to some expert in this case who can help.

This is not a big problem and you need not to go to any court for this purpose. A simple joint affidavit of you and your wife duly sworn before the Executive magistrate coupled with specific application shall suffice to approach concerned office of MCD and personally move there and deposit these documents and get it corrected on the same day.
