Pending pf,gratuity and leave encashment

I HAVE RESIGNED FROM MY PREVIUOUS COMPANY IN SEPT 2012 AND I HAVE DULY SIGNED RESIGNATION LETTER FROM MY HOD AND MD.I HAVE ALSO GOT THE RELIEVING LETTER FROM HR DEP.I HAVE WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY FOR 6 YEARS 7 MONTHS AND MY PF,GRTUITY AND LEAVE ENCASHMENT FOR 3 YEARS IS PENDING WITH THE COMPANY.THEY ARE DELAYING MY PAYMENT SAYING THERE IS SURVEY GOING ON REGARDING COMPANY ASSESTS LYING IN THE MARKET.PLEASE ADVICE??????

make written representation followed by a legal notice from your lawyer and even if you fail to get the desired relief then file a civil suit before competent court of law.

As a supplement tp the advice of Shri Raj Kumar Makkad, in addition to representations for other claims, please don't forget to apply for payment of gratuity in prescribed form. Gratuity was required to be paid within 30 days of leaving the job.

If the company has default din PF remittances then the EPFO has a priority right.

It is not clear if you had made any complaitn to EPFO. If they are aware if default and do not take action you have justification to write to CVC.
