Reg: property rights on account of divorce

I got married on 10/12/2010 my wife stayed only five days with me after marriage and she quarreled with me and left to her house so now I want to take divorce from her so in this regards whether she is having any right in my property.

She does not have any right over your property unless she gets any residence order in your house under the provision of PWDV Act,2005.
