Senoir citizen revocation of settlement deed

A Father (senior citizen ), has 2 sons & a daughter , out of which the father executed settlement deed to daughter in 2010, for some extent of property. Now , due to personal reasons he want to revoke the settlement and he want back the property from his daughter? Can he do so? Can he claim under Senior citizens act

It is no more possible under any provision of law of the land.

if your children are not maintaining you then you cna move under senior citzen act . the tribunal can on your application revoke the gift deed made by you .
in your case you have 2 sons and one daughter . if you are unable to maintain your self ask your sons to maintain your self . cancellation of gift deed should be last resort .
