Second lawyer in one case is allowed

My father died , a property case against UOI was pending we 3 brothers give vakalatnama to lawyer pursuing case , now one of brother want different lawyer to hire for his side, other want to keep the same lawyer . whether it is possible ? whether all brother can fight their case seperatley with choise of their lawyer.

There is no legal problem if one of your brother hires other lawyer than you.

yes, each brother can have separate lawyer.

The matter of separate expenses rests with your brother so let him engage as much lawyers for his separate case much he likes.

actually brother had consulted about case to other lawyers , according to them case had been dragged into wrong direction by the lawyers, case was filled u/s 19(1)AM and ASR act against which civil suit was filed for saving construction from demolition but dragged to title and possession without making land owning agencies , DDA, MCD, Revenue Authorities parties of the case, now in second appeal, can we add other parties at this stage ,

no problem, if one of the brother hire another Advocate.
With leave of Court, u can amend the plaint, and add other parties.

can we file another case in any court making revenue authority party

You shall have to serve a legal notice and after its expiry can file a separate suit with separate cause of action against the revenue authorities.
