Whether inventory has to be filed by an advocate commissioner or report itself enough?

(Querist) 26 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Expert,

I was appointed as an Advocate Commissioner for the first time to seize a four wheeler. I have seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the bank authorities. The Bank Authorities itself have taken the inventories and got my signature and the owners signature. Then given the copy of the inventory. Shall i file that copy of the inventory along with my report or i should file my own inventory which should be signed by the owner of the vehicle? Please suggest me sir.

It depends. You may if enclose the inventory of the banker acknowledging the receipt of the vehicle, it shall be more authentic.
