How can a NRI give Relinguishment deed to his Son who is also a NRI ? They both Can Not travel to India.
Can the Relinguishment deed be on a plain paper and attested by Indian Embassy or does it have to be on a Stamp Paper and then attested by Indian Embassy?
If both sign the Deed and get it attested by Indian Embassy can the deed be registered in India by a third party with a Special POA from the Releasor.
Does the Son (Releasee) also needs to give POA to get the deed registered in India.
Please advice the best way to get this done.

Yes it can be done in abroad which nned to be attested by INDIAN Consulate.
In India it needs to be Adjudicated by any person who is authorised by him by way of simple POA.

The process told is totally illegal and thus is not tenable before law. Both of those shall have to get their GPA appointed as per procedure who shall take part in this process on their behalf if they are unable to personally come to India for this purpose.
