sir,

i have been charged under ipc 380 and 454 , now i wan o compound his case . how can i compound case

BY amicable quashing though high court you can get the case dismissed.

The offence is not compoundable so better the complainant becomes hostile.

You have both options as suggested by Raj Sir or to approach HC.

First one is practical and cheap, but not permissible in law.

And to approach HC under 482 High court is permissible because high court has wide powers to quash, but is costly.
