Mutual agreement

What document can be made to make sure that if two parties have come to a mutual agreement over signing/exchange of two immovable properties , do not not disagree on the last moment or one party denies after taking signatures from other party .

A registered agreement/MOU with provision to get the same executed through proper court of law is the best remedy in such situation.

how much court fee would it attract ? , a fixed amount or depending on value of property's

No big amount is involved in such registration, This can be done on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and can be got registered.
