(Querist) 14 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir/madam,

Actually my grand mother has the property of 7 acres on her name itself, but she wants to transfer those property into myself .i ,her daughter's son,but she has son's childrens ,but she wants to transfer to me only. is it possible , is there any contraversy to do that one?

Please help me sir

If it is self acquired property, ur grandmother can transfer to u , if it ancestral property then as per succession act property will be divided
