Hi sirs,
I need Madras High Court Judgment in Khaja Mohammad nooruddin vs khaja Mohammad farudin AIR 2010 NOC 438 (MAD).
Hoping for prompt reply to this message or at samra2802@gmail.com

Please dont reply readymade answers such as search on indiankanoon, lawmirror etc. etc. i am myself an expert and i have ransacked all those sited as well as lot of internet. but i could not lay my hand on this judgment.

pls help if anybody can!!!!!!!!!!

visit any Bar Library or some law department, you will get the same.

Almost all bar Associations do subscribe AIR so better to obtain it from there.

i have tried in district courts patiala, liabrary. but they say they have a soft copy of the same, which shall not show NOC.

Contact to any senior lawyer of your area which might have such books failing which directly contact with AIR publisher.
