Secretary not giving noc for sale of flat

I am the ex secretary of my society during my time a lot of mideamnours happened which I was not a part of but was fraudulently made a part of by the other members of the managing committee like stealing money from the society, disappearing of files etc I had called the registrar quite a few of the issues were resolved. Now the new managing committee is in place. I want to apply to the society for NOC for sale of flat I have very strong doubts that they will give to me on the grounds that I have not resolved this matter and that matter... In the event that I do not get the NOC will I still be able to sell my flat. How can I protect myself and my flat?

you dont need NOC of society to sell your flat .

in the event buyer inisists that NOC is required . make an application to society for issue of NOC . in such a case the Managing Committee has to conider your application within one month . if society refuses to give NOC then you can complain to the Registrar .
being an ex Secretary of your society you must be familiar with the byelaws of society .

There is no required of NOC of the soceity prior to sale of flat.
