Hi, recently I brought (December 12, 2013) an property in east of Bangalore with is an B - Khata property and I have all the tax paid up to date. I brought this property from a person named Srinivas and inturn Srinivas has brought this property from 4 brothers (elder one named Muniappa). On 15 march 2013, a group of 4 people came in to my land which is compounded, gated, a small 10X15 room is constructed with electricity. The person name Muniappa barged in forcely and started measuring the land and claimed that he has not sold this property to anyone and it belongs to him, he has not only done to our property but yes to other property which is attached to us around 10k sft and my property measures 30X50. Either he is trying to encash some money from us or he is feeling jealous by the way real estate is growing and also his land. He might have sold the land to Srinivas around 500 per sft and now its costing arounf 1500 to 1800. please help ho can I legally and diplomatically deal this situation

If you have registered sale deed, check up the boudaries of your purchase area. If situation get worsen, get the land measured by the concern department.

Do you have all the original deeds, even that of Muniappa and does a photo of Muniappa affixed on the deed and that resembles with this man who visited to measure site??
If have to say yes to all of these questions
then you file a law suit of injunction in civil court in case you are unable to protect your possession from this intruder.
