I have been cheated and bertayed by my prop. dealer.

My near and dear one booked an under construction property (floor )of 2.3 crores by a property dealer,known to me since 15 years.He always had faith in him,as an elder brother.He was paying the money by bank loan ,by selling my other small properties.I had a bank loan of 70 lakhs,which he was knowing.Property dealer himself was engaged in a deal< of which He was having a 10% share.He make use of my relatives situation that he had funds and time to pay for the floor.using my faith he asked me to invest the funds in 10% share he was having.(he was knowing the fact that that10% share was not going to sell in 2 or 3 years at any cost).His wish fulfilled he sold his sold his 10% share to him by surprising him with papers of 10% property.and getting a huge amt of benifit in floor also,which is impossible for him(my relative) to buy as a handsome amt. of money nearly 1k is used in that 10% share.now the dealer is pressurising him to sell the floor.MY relatives funds are engaged in 10% share.
the dealer misused his faith.Now I have no house to live and no money.The dealer is not selling my 10 % share.not even ready to talk to me.I am feeling depressed.What to do .pl suggest me what can happen ..also suggest me some good advocate in delhi west to seal with the case...thanks a lot...
