Dear Sir
I would like to know till how much time we should keep our old bills of the following utilities
MSEB electricity bills
MAHANAGAR GAS BILLS
MTNL TELEPHONE BILLS
VODAFONE MOBILE BILLS
AIRTEL MOBILE BILLS
SOCIETY MONTHLY MAINTENANCE BILLS
Credit Card Bills
I will be highly obliged if your goodself can guide me in this regard.

at least for 3 years.

There is no law governing these things.
03 years may be seen with an angle that there can not be a suit of realization after
03 years.
But I.T. authorities can open assessment cases even for past 8 years,then thinking from that angle they should not be weeded out earlier than 08 years.

i saw my friend is holding 10 years bills to till date
it will be safe side if you keep for 8 years
