Adv k . mahesh (Expert) 20 March 2013
nothing more to add
R.K Nanda (Expert) 20 March 2013
yes,MM can order it.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 20 March 2013
It can be done but this shall also be loss to the wife. Wife can get the direction to signally operated that bank account instead of right of her husband so that the deposits may be withdrawn thereto.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 24 March 2013
Although MM can pass the order but will have to justify the order which can be challanged and set aside, therefore the same differs from situation to situation.
