Hello Expert...
Again i need your help...
This time i come with family matter of property...
Actually if property is required to transfer from one person to another..
and the person in whose name property is there, died three years before...
now how can one resolved the case...
the person who died three years before has four children one of them is boy rest are girls and all are matured person and person is following muslim law...

All of them need to join as Vendors in the sale deed.

In the given case, son shall get double of daughters of the deceased person which means that the daughters jointly are owned to the extent of 1/3 shares and their brothers owns 2/3 share and if the property is to be sold jointly, they can sale the same accordingly.
