A case u/s 138 was filed agaist me. I paid the whole amount, before I appeared in Court. But the Complainant did not withdraw the complaint. As he was compelling me to withdraw civi suit against him with out setlemennt.
After four months in one court, the complaiant had withdrawn the case on juridiction ground and presented the same in second court and the second court took it as transfer case. No verification took place, in second court, and on the suspision, after four years of regular torcher, of attending court, we went to the first court to find that on which date the case was filed. We were shocked to find that no such case was filed on that day, and no such No, exist in that court. This we came to know from Court record. That is there is record in Dakhala register
That to amount all the case No, verification Roznama were fake, and all this they did because they missed date and the case had become time bar. And all the documents for the period of four months that is verification three entry on roznama, and order of withdrawl from first court were fake and manufactured in one day, and pushed to second court, to look as regulise case.
Now complainant, and the advocate, are to be blamed for conspiracy, and forgery, please suggest, I wish to appear and conduct in person

This is a big fraud with the court. This serious case is not advisable to be defended by yourself if you are not a law graduate. This is a fraud with the court even. This matter should be brought in the knowledge of both courts in writing and should seek a strict action thereto. FIR against all persons involved is only a starting point therein.
