i had notary a lease deed for the period of 5 year's of an educational institution. But now i want to cancel it because of dissatisfaction of the lease(renter).Kindly suggest.The Notary has been don on August 2012. I am in great trouble with him. Please suggest.

Although no attachment found.
But any lease for a period of more than a year requires registration in all parts of the country hence a notarized lease for a period of 05 years is bad illegal and void
and you can very well cancel it .

notarization of lease deed more one year is not advisable cancel by given paper notification and also the lease deed

As the lease is not valid having not got registered so it is very easy to get it cancelled even by serving a simple notice. If any matter of compensation is mentioned thereto, that should be duly taken care of pror to moving ahead.
