My friend is charged u/s 498 A of IPC. But she is not relative of the husband. She is only friend with the husband. Wife has filed a complaint alleging that husband is having affair with my friend and because of her (friend)he (husband) is harassing her (wife)for dowry. my friend got bail. Kindly suggest me what to do next as the section does not applicable to her.

Dear Advocate Smita,
Please don't forget, Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad also belongs to your own profession. As a learner, if you want to gain some knowledge through your own professional brethren, irrespective of whether it is your third or fifth query, you should not be egoistic.
In fact, the part of your latest post, "if u dnt know the solution plz leave it," can irritate several of your own professional colleagues. Being a knowledge seeker, instead of humiliating the concerned expert, you were obliged to be humble. Otherwise, your own egoistic attitude would not make you gain anything from your own professional colleagues.
Don't also forget, you are not directly concerned with the case of husband and his friend, as you have neither made a mention, how you are concerned with the present query about others, nor have stated that the cases related to youurself, as a party to the case. If the case related to one of your client, you must have introduced yourself appropriately while posting the query and put the same like a colleague of other experts and asked for guidance.
