sir, im working in a public sector bank as a asst manager, i had applied to a govt(central govt) job before getting confirmation (probation period), as the process for getting NOC got delayed i applied with out NOC and Now i got selected for that govt job. I also got the NOC from my admin.

If you desire to get benefits of past service in the new organisation, you would need to submit technical resignation with appropriate information about your selection.

Thanks for your information sir,but i have not mentioned the new department(govt) about my current employment ( mentioned as unemployed, as getting noc was delayed because of probation period). so only im confused whether to give resignation for personal rason or for new offer(mentioning in resignation). kindly give your advice.
