hi my age is 26years i have married a christian girl converted her to Islam n married in islamic way (NIKHA) 6 years back we have 2 kids she is 6 years older then me we dont have understanding between us we keep fighting daily we satying together bcoz of our kids n I met another girl 2years back we love each other a lot want stay together forever she is HINDU n i said everything about me n my family n she said she want to mary me and my wife know about our relation from a long time Me and my g/f we both got married on feb 16th 2013 at AryaSamaj acording to there Hindu rules n no one knows about this at present me and my second wife are not staying together she is at her Home n iam staying at my home we planing to stay together in few days will i have any legal problem plz let me know thank Q

As you are a muslim you can perform upto 4 marraiges. But you would have taken talaq from first wife and then marry Hindu girl. Please consult your Muttawalli or elderly people and correct the problem. It is a small mistake.

being a muslim you can take talaq and marry another women but you have to pay maintenance accordingly to her

BEWARE
your so called second marriage is void and can land you in allegation of rape.
You are not Hindu and Arya Samaj marriage of Muslim is possible only if you have made some false declaration there. They keep record. This can land you in allegation of cheating besides allegation of hurting religious sentiments of Arya Samaj.
regarding rights of multiple marriage please consult what fatwa-e-alamgiri says.
