As stated earlier that my wife has filed 125 in court and police complaint for dowry in her city which is 150 Km away from us to harras us. In counter I filed divorce case which is not moved for single inch yet. And she has got transfer the case in her residential city coutt due to which I. will have to go every time and is big hartasment to me. Now I want to know what else case I can file against my wife and inlaws who has made my life hell by putting false cases. So that they can also have the taste of their own medicine. Is there any criminal case to file against them

9 months back my wife left with her all gold and file the suit for maintenance 125 under the influence of her parents. Her paternal city is about 150 Km from me. And I had to go on every date of court and some time my advocate is handling the matter. I filed HMA13 after 3 momths from she left my house . One month back she filed the dowry complaint and in investigation I told the true story to IO that the said complaint is false. For HMA 13 filed by me in pending in high court for trasfer petition filed by my wife . Now I come to know that she has filed a false DV also to harrase us. Now I want the counter remedy. Non of us both r ready to reconcile.

Since provision of law there, you can not restrain a a person from filing the cases.
If any crime is committed against you, you are free to file such case but you have to fight the cases where it has been pending now.

Is there no law for men who can counterly file the cases against lovely and her parents who r making the life hell without of reason or just for money extortion. Under what section I can put any criminal case against wife ? Is Law only made for lady not for men ?

Law is for both male and female. You can prove in court that the cases against you are false. You have to move on the path of law. With out facts filing a false case against your wife, will land you in more trouble.

Dear Querist
if you think that this is only for extortion of money from you then file a criminal complaint against them before court u/s 383/384 of IPC.

Clearly speaking, there is no law for man which you desire to ask. There is a package of 4 cases on the part of wife viz. maintenance case, DV case, 498A and either section 13 or 9 of HMA and all 4 have been started so package is complete in our case.
You have now come out of these cases by way of your courage and proper initiation of the cases. There is no remedy except to face these cases with cool mind.Trust upon your lawyer.

Thanks to all of u to clear the query. One thing I want to know that in false DV case alegations charged by my wife. Now who will have to prove either this is happened or not . Me or my wife. What is the loss of this to me ?
