Hi Experts

In DV case can magistrate ask "to show my salary A/c statement. what if I will not show any salary A/c statement

YES

Even Applicant can demand Inspection of Doc under O 11 r1, as CPC is applicable.

That is the basic difference between proceedings of 125 cr pc & PW DV ACT. (Both C P C & CR P C applies.)

If you do not produce, your employers can be summoned to produce, and court can take adverse inference against you.

If you delibrately do not follow the direction of the court, an adverse inference can be taken against you.

My salary is around 60k how much court can pass the order for her maintenance in DV case,she worked in reputed company but just to file DV case she left the job last month. her salary was 20k when she was working

If she left her job just to get maintenance then she is not entitled for the single penny in the name of maintenance. You shall have to prove this fact by way of documentary evidence. Law is with you.
