Respected lawyers club members,
One of my friend given his property to his son (two ) and one daughter she was divorcee and she had only one son. The property was distributed to all the above by settlement.
Now my friend passed three years back and his daughter also died subsequently in the same year . Her son recently passed away.
Now the question is how to share her assets with other brother and aged mother.
please suggest the advise

The property that was given to the daughter will devolve upon the heirs of her father i.e. it will be divided between her brothers and mother equally.

thanks respected members. one more think i would like to know that what is the way the property will be distributed with the son and mother , Need to get legal heir ship from the local authority or what is the procedure to give the property to son and mother .
