Aqquital aqyited so what now

(Querist) 31 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
sir my name is Amit . now after 9 yrs the magistrate has aqquited the accused , who has assaulted me in my back withsome hard object. he is a back stabber. now i want to go further to nab him and his cronies who are the real offenders who had hired him to give me pain. so should i approach the sessions court cause mine is a private case under section 323 of crpc. some one told me that you should approach the high court under section 378 leave to appeal. what you suggest , am i not suppose to go to the sessions court to chaleenge the order of the magistrate . MM court.

You can file an appeal before Sessions Judge under section 378 of criminal procedure code and you are not required to obtain permission for that purpose from anywhere.
