Sir
I am CKV from Raipur thanks for your valuable suggestion to me (dated 10/6/13). sir i can some effort made to write a letter to Collector (in five time)for wrong land demarcation to my neighbour land and also send to all the document to the collector for necessary action before started my land enchroachment case. Thereafter i can send every month letter to the Collector but till date no action was taken for my letter.
Sir what document i can submitted to the collector to accept my appeal and accept the case if i can file the case for appeal two to three day later.
Sir please give correct step to solve the problem.

You file a civil suit in the given matter on the basis of demarcation in your hand.

Mostly the Government offices are overburdened and delay may happen in taking suitable action. Probably the Collector's office has called report from junior officials, you may contact collector office. If not satisfied move to court through a local lawyer.
