Illegal capture of property

I have a plot on which some criminal minded persons were trying to capture it from my father. Now they built a showroom on that plot and are threatening us if we did something they will do bad with our family members. Please tell me what i should do now i am in a big problem. They have not any relation with that plot they have just captured it and are regularly threatening us.

In which state you are?In many states there
are laws passed to check this kind of criminal activity and resort of which can be taken for speedy remedy.In U.P. no such law.
In absence of that you need not only to lodge FIR with police BUT ALSO A SUIT OF POSSESSION< DEMOLITION ETC.CONSULT A CIVIL AS WELL AS A CRIMINAL LAW PRACTITIONER.

Sir i am in Bihar, and sir what time it will take to solve the whole process and if it would take a long time then is there a way to get the illegal built showroom sealed by court or police until for time the case get solved.

Police complaint can be filed failing which file a criminal complaint before the trial magistrate.
