Two flats in noida

sir

can the working wife of a person book a flat in her name in noida.
her husband already owns a flat in noida. wife is nominee in that flat.
thus can they have two flats in noida i.e. in the same aurthority

wife is not the owner of flat she is only a nominee . hemnce she can buy a flat in her own name unless noida authority has some rules stating that one family can have only one flat in noida

She can book and can have till authority rules specifically prohibit that husband and wife can own / have only one flat.
