respected experts..

In my family a criminal case is going.Advocate told v have to file criminal missecelaneous application sec 482 crpc in high court..i want to know what is diffrence between normal applications and criminal miscellaneous applications? when these r filed? can v file these in HC only? can v these in civil cses too? thankxsxs a ton experts

application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. can file only in the event of a Criminal Case before the Magistrate. sun an application have only Criminal Misc. Jurisdiction, before the Hon'ble High Court only.

such an applicant can't lie for the Civil Case.

there is no category as to normal application.

You need to trust over your lawyer ahd should prepare to file a quashing petition before high court against the FIR against lodged against you all.
