respected sir
i had inform bankin writing that i will not bare any kind of intrest and late pay fees as the cheque was misplaced by bank for clearing my payment i had stoped payment for 23000 which is my actual payment i am ready to pay at a streatch 23000/- but now bank is demanding 83000 with intrest and late payment
i am haveing all the correspondence mail with all telephonic complaint no as a evidence now i had received a notice from bank's advocate for conciliation as per provision of section 62 of arbitration what should i do

file a complaint before consumer court against bank because due to deficiency of bank service (your cheque misplaced by bank)this incident had happened.
