x person filed partition suit .i wad appear from defendant on first day plaintiff file status quo application .civil judge told that should file written statement on that application on same day ..i was requested to court for nxt date but don't given nxt date ..status order passed.i filed taken on bord application with application of 9a and preliminary issues .civil court jd not accepted application and told that nxt date filed that application and also told he was given 8 or 15 days to plaintiff for file written statement on that application...so i can file written complaint against civil judge to registar of HC

x person filed partition suit i was appear from defendant .on same day plaintiff file status quo application .civil court jd told me i should file written statement on that same day..i was requested to court for nxt date filed ws on that application but court told he was not given nxt date otherwise application is allowed n nxt date is given after 15 days. so i can file taken on bord application with 9A and preliminary issues application to civil judge court ..the court refused to accepted application .so i can file complaint against civil judge to registar of HC

If the matter has been stayed without giving fair hearing to you and your applications are not being taken on record then take the matter to the High Court.
File an appropriate petition before the concerned High Court.
