Dear experts,as per the court order my husband is not paying me interim maintenance is saying that he will only maintain me on one condition if i stay with him.is there any way.i am not interested in staying with him in his place.can i have the right to tell him that i only stay with him on a condition if he stay with me in my place.pls guide me

You can simply get order passed executed through court.
You can not compel him to live with you in your parental home nor can you compel him to neglect his parents.
Unless you have sufficient reasons you can not avoid living with him.

your husband is bound to comply with court orders . take out execution application .
you cannot force him to stay with you at your place . for successful marriage both parties have to make adjustments

If your husband is not paying the maintenance money then you can file execution proceeding to recovery the arrears amount.
The court would issue arrest warrant if your husband fails to pay the money.
