i am having my grandpa's old house(1940) and regularly paying all taxes(house and water)in his name.now, want to sell the property.. But,no property Documents.. only muncipal tax receipts.. how sell property..need advise

You can find the original owner's name through Registrar's office by providing the town survey number of the property, extract the document/deed of the property and then proceed as per law.
