SEEKING GUIDANCE TO GET OUR MARKSHEET

I finished my MBA graduation in 2012 in anna university syllabus I received my fourth sem,provisions,consolidated,graduatio certificate with name spell mistake even I request. university to change my name our college coe and last year I paid error correction fee through dd also sum of 1200 rs still I am following both college and university officials no one is responding saying wait u will recive the same case happen to two of my friends they were also getting same responses even though one of my friend missed govt.job due to certificate misspelled we also handed over misspelled certificate to university officals we only have photo copy of request letter, misspelled mark sheets, dd paid for corrections what can we do how to proceed where can we find solutions.....?

Meet the registrar of the University and explain your case, expediate the matter.

Yes it is a matter of procedure. A personal visit to the university registrar may solve the issue or at least you will get a clue about what is to be done next on the issue. Resort to legal action only after exhausting all local remedies.

You must have handed over the originals under acknowledgement or with a covering letter for correction. I agree that you all together should go to the Registrar personally and request him to expedite the matter.
Taking legal steps are only if your personal visit do not yield the required results.
