Why you want to do injustice with your broher??

Why he shd loose father and his equal right to property also??
e lost mother, , will be all alone.
Your duty to keep warmth and togetherness, to your father's son , blood relations should not be thrown out...
Try to explain to your ather.. He is also liable to maintain your father in his old age//

1/4th part is his..

Though morally you should not stop your brother claiming any share, it having been your father's self acquired he can transfer it to anyone he chooses.

my step brother leave home after marriage and my father hate him.

Your father can sale, gift, mortgage or will his self acquired property to any one whom he wish. Your step brother can not have any claim on the self acquired property of your father, if your father does not want to give it to him.
