Deletion of name

Sir,
what is the procedure for deletion of second name, who is deceased for a flat in mumbai, is there any form available which needs to be submitted to the society.

Better to ask the Society concerned for their procedure or simply inform it by enclosing a copy of death certificate for recording in the members' register
