Immigrants cast certificate

Hi,

My Name is Navneet Kumar and I reside in Mumbai.And I am a Maharashtra Domicile.

I have an SC certificate from state of Utter-Pradesh so am i eligible to avail the benefits of the cast certificates in sate of Maharashtra as an SC candidate.

Or do i have to make a another cast certificate from the state of Maharashtra.
If yes kindly guide me how to do so.

Kindly Revert as soon as possible.

The Caste Certificate issued in your native is Valid and you need not apply fresh.

But Sir in one of the application of the Mumbai University their it is mentioned that only the candidates of Maharashtra domicile having issued the certificate from Maharashtra can apply as an Sc candidate

In that you mention you are native of the state which had issued.Meet the PRO in person of the university.

Certain facilities in some states are reserved for the residents of that states only. If you want to get facility under that category in Maharashtra you have to explore the possibilities of certificate from that state only.
