Sir,
please answer the following
I want to carry on manufacturing of Cement block (Bricks for construction of building)proprieter ship within the city limit
1. Do I require to obtain any registration under central law ?
2. Do I require to obtain any registration under Local law Specially in karnataka
3. Prior permission and registration in any other authority?

Apart from normal business and manufacturing licenses i.e. VAT, TIN, PAN, Licenses under factory act, labour act etc you have to take local licenses required as per State and municipal rules.

within city limits iam afraid pollution creating units may not get licence. you may be directed to pollution control dept. also in addition to above list of statutory requirements like tin,factory licence,labor licence,pan,coal quota etc..(if coal based). if you have decided on the per day production capacity, you may have an idea as to quantum of smoke or dust etc.. the unit may discharge.
equipment to absorb/prevent such smoke etc... may be required to instal.
am sure your technical consultants advised you on this.
