unquallified school staff

In a cbse private unaided school of haryana one pti, two prt teacher & one lib. Attendent is working from 2-3 years. All of they are unquallified and can't do job as per cbse by laws but school mangment favoring them.
So please tell me how can i take appropriate action against them. I want to terminate them from job by any way.

what is your position in school ? if school management does not want to terminate them then how can you do so ?

One of the condition of affiliation of schools by CBSE is as under:

"Availability of well qualified staff as per qualifications detailed in Chapter IX of the Affiliation Bye laws. The number of PRTs, TGTs, & PGTs should be sufficient to teach respective sections."

If you feel that the condition is not fulfilled, should write to CBSE aginst school for not observing the condition.
