SIR,
MY WIFE HAS FALSELY BLAMED ME AND MY MOTHER U/S 498A,323,506,504,313 IPC AND ,3/4 DP ACT. IN UTTER PRADESH. CAN I GET BAIL AND HOW MUCH WILL BE THE AMOUNT OFF BAIL OR FD AND HOW MANY PEOPLE I HAVE GET TO GET THE BAIL.OR CAN I BRING SOME OF MY FRIENDS WHO SERVING IN DEFENSE , AND THEY ARE READY TO GIVE ANY SURETY. I AM A DEFENSE EMPLOYEE AND SERVING IN ARMY.KINDLY GUIDE ME.

you must have engaged a local lawyer . he would guide you as to bail amount . bail would be necessary of both the accused .

Bail and bail amount for both the accused can be discussed with your lawyer. Mostly the FD is not required, proof may be produced. Mostly depends upon the discretion of the court.

Agree with experts. Though there is no provision Anticipatory Bail in uttarpardesh so you should get regular Bail from the District court or you go to SC for AB.
