1. Whether Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and resettlement Act 2013. Is applicable to Bangalore Metro ?
2. BMRCL has assigned the land acquisition process to KIADB. Which has issued notification under 28 (1) and 28 (2) and received on 26th of November 2013. If LARR 2013 is applicable to BMRCL and then Shall I be eligible to received compensation as per LARR 2013.
3. Whether my tenants also get compensation, employment and other benefits as per LARR 2013?

1. Notice issued under u/s 28(1) and 18 (2) if kiadb act
2. My property is 1760 sft corner commercial with 2500 sft building in ground and first floor

The act has come in force w.e.f. 01.01.2014.
If the benefits under act are not passed to you, you can move legally.

I think the land acquisition by BMRCL through KIADB is under the latest LARR act hence, you are eligible to claim compensation as per the provisions of the said law, please verify the same from Kempegowda International Airport Development Board Office, Bangalore about further issues on the subject.
