Dear Sir,
I received only 50% of salary for month of Dec-13 and that to delay by 3 days. There was no written or verbal information about half salary payout. There after till date the salary is gathered for 2 full month and pending 50%. Company was giving assurance that the matter of low fund will get resolved in 4-5 days time but this never happened. Non payment was done to complete sales team. Now the company is asking to resign from immediate effect and if not than company will terminate me from immediate effect. I want to understand as how can I take out my salary as I got into big pit due to number on non payments to bankers and other sources. I am morally down due to this and not able to understand as what is to be done. Please advice.

The company can not do so.
You can lodge complaint with labour commissioner to get back your due wages.
You can file criminal case u/s 406 IPC as well.

No one can be allowed to take benefit of its own wrong. The failure of the employer to pay wages in time, cannot be attributed to the employees and thus a complaint in writing is required to be made to local Labour-cum-conciliation officer who is meant to ensure the compliance of the labour laws within his jurisdiction.

Since the employer seems to be in deep financial crises, it would be better for you to search another job immediately.
Lodge a complaint for pending wages to the labor and conciliation officer of your area.

The experts have given valuable suggestions,as per the suggestions, it is better to look for a better employment outside and also approach the labor commissioner for the pending/arrears of wages.
