what u want to ask?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 March 2014
If it is first appeal then indeed respondents have no role but however if any interlocutory relief is sought for by way of I.A.application, then respondent has right of opposition.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 March 2014
No role of respondents while admitting first appeal when no interlocutory relief is sought. Agree with the expert Devajyoti Barman Ji.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 09 March 2014
Vague query.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 10 March 2014
Though the author's query seems to be circumvented, I agree with the views expressed by expert Mr. Barman, but to be seen to what extent only on knowing the facts.
