My wife left me and now she is not ready for divorce as well as not ready for come back. wht shd I do?

What do you want?
You can either forgive her and ask her joint you back or try for ending the marriage by way of divorce- by contested or mutual means.
Choice is yours.

Try to have amicable solution with the help of common family friends, relatives.

If no solution try for mutual consent divorce.
