Willing to donate property for social activities

Dear Sir, I am seeking advice how to complete the below mentioned deal legally perfect
One person want to donate his property for social activities to either a society or an organisation or a trust after his and his wife death as they (husband and wife)want to utilize this property during their life, but he want assurance that after their death if their legal heirs even try to cancel this donation should not be succeed.
Should be proceed with trust deed or will deed is their any other better option. If proceeds with trust deed how to make it and what are the important points to be added in trust deed

He can execute a public trust and appoint trustee of his choice.
A deed of trust if made irrevocable can not be altered by his legal heirs.
